Mimix is an analytics and reporting platform that allows creators and brands to view aggregated performance metrics for social media accounts and content. Users may voluntarily connect their social media accounts via official OAuth authorization flows in order to enable Mimix to retrieve read-only analytics data.

Mimix does not post content, modify content, or take actions on behalf of users on any connected social media platform.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We may collect:

  • Account identifiers (such as email address or username)
  • Contact information
  • Any information you voluntarily submit when using the Service or contacting support
2.2 Social Media Data (OAuth-Authorized)

If you choose to connect a social media account (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X), Mimix may access read-only analytics data that you authorize through the platform’s official OAuth process.

This data may include:

  • Account-level metrics (e.g., follower count, total views, engagement totals)
  • Content-level metrics (e.g., views, likes, comments, shares, impressions)
  • Content identifiers and timestamps

Mimix only accesses data that:

  • you have explicitly authorized, and
  • the platform permits via its APIs and permissions.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical information such as:

  • IP address
  • Device and browser type
  • Log and usage data

Cookies are used solely for security, authentication, and basic functionality, and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

4. Campaigns and Performance Reporting

Mimix may display analytics related to creator marketing campaigns. Any participation in campaigns and any compensation arrangements occur outside of the connected social media platforms.

Mimix uses social media data solely to measure and verify performance metrics and does not automate user behavior on social platforms.

5. Data Sharing

We may share information:

  • with service providers who assist in operating Mimix (under confidentiality obligations)
  • as required by law or legal process
  • to protect the rights, safety, or security of Mimix or users

Brands or third parties may view aggregated performance results with your consent, but do not receive direct access to connected social media accounts.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

  • provide the Service
  • comply with legal obligations
  • resolve disputes
  • enforce agreements

Analytics data may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form.

7. Account Disconnection and Data Deletion

You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time. Users may also revoke Mimix’s access directly through the connected social media platform’s settings.

You may request deletion of your data by sending an email to contact@mimix.xyz.

Upon request, Mimix will delete or anonymize personal data in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

Mimix is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Third-Party Services

Mimix integrates with third-party platforms via official APIs. Use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
