These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mimix website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Mimix (“Mimix”) is a product operated by Tunnl Labs Inc. (“Tunnl Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using Mimix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Mimix is an analytics and reporting platform that enables users to view aggregated performance metrics related to social media accounts and content. Users may connect social media accounts via official OAuth authorization flows to allow Mimix to retrieve read-only analytics data.

Mimix does not post content, modify content, or take actions on behalf of users on any connected social media platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

By using Mimix, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements, and you have the authority to connect any social media account you authorize.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
all activity that occurs under your account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Social Media Account Connections

When you connect a social media account to Mimix:

you authorize Mimix to access data permitted by the scopes you approve through the platform’s OAuth process
Mimix accesses only data explicitly authorized and permitted by the platform

You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time through the Service or revoke access directly via the social media platform’s settings.

5. Use of Data

You retain ownership of your content and data.

You grant Tunnl Labs Inc., as the operator of Mimix, a limited, non-exclusive right to access, store, process, and display your data solely to operate and provide the Service, including generating analytics and aggregated performance reports.

Mimix does not sell personal data or use data for targeted advertising.

6. Campaigns and Reporting

Mimix may provide analytics and reporting related to creator marketing campaigns.

Participation in any campaign, including any compensation or incentives, is voluntary and occurs independently of the connected social media platforms. Mimix does not influence, automate, or control user behavior on social media platforms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

use the Service for unlawful purposes
attempt to access data without authorization
scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service
circumvent platform safeguards or rate limits
use Mimix in a way that violates third-party platform terms

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Mimix is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform.

9. Termination

Mimix may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with legal or platform obligations.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Mimix does not guarantee:

accuracy or completeness of analytics
availability of third-party APIs
uninterrupted access to the Service

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunnl Labs Inc., as the operator of Mimix, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tunnl Labs Inc. and Mimix from claims arising out of:

your use of the Service
your violation of these Terms
your violation of third-party platform terms

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

Mimix may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tunnl Labs Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
